How This Site Works
TucsonTermitePros is not a pest control company. We do not inspect homes, we do not apply pesticides, and we do not employ technicians. We are an independent local publication for Tucson-area homeowners.
Who does the work
No local operator is signed to this site yet. When one is, their company name and their Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division business license number will appear here, and every inspection, recommendation, estimate and treatment will be theirs. Until then, this site performs none of those things and answers no questions about any specific property. Before you hire any company, you can check its Arizona pest license at the state's license lookup.
What we do
We research and publish local pest information for Tucson and the surrounding area. This site has no phone line today. For a termite problem, the contact page has a short form for describing what you're seeing. It keeps what you picked, your ZIP code and your email address. Nobody calls or texts you about it. Answers given through this form go to no pest control company, including one that joins this site later. Your email address is used for one message when a licensed Tucson pest control company joins, then deleted. When a local operator is signed, this page will say how to reach them.
How we are paid
Nobody pays us for this site today. If the site adds a phone line and a local operator is signed, the plan is that the operator pays us for the calls that line brings them, and that would be our only source of revenue from it. You will pay us nothing, and any price you are quoted will be set by the operator, not by us.
How we will choose our partner
We will work with one operator per service at a time, chosen on license status, years operating in the Tucson area, review record and how quickly they answer the phone. Because there will be one partner rather than an auction, nothing on this site puts you into a bidding queue, now or if the site adds a phone line later, and the form's answers go to no company at all.
Who operates this site

What the form keeps
The form on the contact page keeps what you picked, your ZIP code and your email address, with the time the form was sent and a one-way code made from your network address, used only to limit repeated submissions; the address itself is not kept with your answers. Answers given through this form go to no pest control company, including one that joins this site later; the services that host the site, its database and its analytics hold them for the site. An email address is kept until the one message is sent, then deleted. The privacy notice has the rest.
