What this site collects

If you use the form on the contact page, the site keeps what you picked, your ZIP code and your email address. It asks for no name, no phone number and no free text. With your answers it keeps the time the form was sent and a one-way code made from your network address, used only to limit repeated submissions; the address itself is not kept with your answers. Standard web analytics record which pages are visited, whether the form is used and, when it is sent, your answers to "What are you seeing?" and "How soon do you need help?", never your ZIP code or email address; this site does not build advertising profiles.

Why, and who it goes to

Form answers are kept by this site to understand what Tucson homeowners are dealing with. Answers given through this form go to no pest control company, including one that joins this site later; the services that host the site, its database and its analytics hold them for the site. Your email address is used for one message when a licensed Tucson pest control company joins, and for nothing else. Your answers are never sold or rented. The site may share totals, such as how many homeowners reported mud tubes in a month, which identify no one.

Retention

Form answers, with the time they were sent and the one-way code, are kept for as long as they help the site understand local demand, then deleted in the ordinary course. An email address is kept until the one message is sent, then deleted.
